Yoga with Nina

"The ultimate aim of yoga is to release the mind from the restrictions of the physical body and allow the ‘spirit’ to explore new levels of consciousness. For this reason there is more to yoga than a series of physical postures. Yoga is a means of establishing a greater awareness and positively influencing our way of life." ~ Swami Satyanande Saraswati, 1996

Yoga Classes

Where: Hothfield, Ashford

When: Wednesdays - 9.15 - 10.15

I offer Hatha yoga classes suitable for all abilities, designed to be light-hearted yet nourishing for body and soul. In just one hour, we’ll gently move through postures to release tension, ease stress, and build strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility—while enhancing overall wellbeing.

Each class ends with a restful Savasana and short guided meditation. This stillness can be as challenging as the poses at first, but with practice it becomes a deeply grounding part of your yoga journey. Please bring a cosy blanket for this time.

Classes are beginner-friendly, with a focus on respecting your body, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself. Groups are kept to a maximum of 6, with a 6-week block booking to secure your place.
